TATT Dispatch is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipper. We act solely as a dispatch service provider for owner-operators and carriers.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

* Maintain required insurance coverage.
* Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
* Be responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles and cargo.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for dispatching services will be agreed upon separately between TATT Dispatch and the client. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue
While TATT Dispatch strives to secure quality freight opportunities, we do not guarantee:
* Specific load availability.
* Revenue amounts or profits.
* Continuous freight opportunities.
* Acceptance of loads by brokers.
Freight availability and rates are subject to market conditions.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between TATT Dispatch and its clients. Clients operate as independent businesses and remain fully responsible for their operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
TATT Dispatch shall not be liable for:
* Loss of revenue or profits.
* Delays caused by brokers, shippers, weather, or unforeseen events.
* Cargo claims or damages.
* Vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for dispatch services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of TATT Dispatch and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve interaction with brokers, shippers, and third-party service providers. TATT Dispatch is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of third parties.
