Thank you for choosing TATT Dispatch. We are committed to providing professional and reliable truck dispatching services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before using our services.
1. Service Nature
TATT Dispatch provides truck dispatching and related support services. Because these are digital and service-based offerings, no physical products are shipped, and therefore no product returns are applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel dispatching services at any time by providing written notice via email or other agreed communication methods.
Cancellation becomes effective once confirmed by TATT Dispatch. Any outstanding fees for services already performed prior to cancellation remain the responsibility of the client.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
* Duplicate payments were made in error.
* A billing mistake occurred due to an error on our part.
* Payment was collected for services that were not provided.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
* Dispatch fees for loads already booked or completed.
* Services that have already been performed.
* Administrative work, paperwork assistance, or broker communications already completed.
* Fees related to completed dispatch activities.
5. No Guarantee of Freight or Revenue
TATT Dispatch works diligently to secure quality freight opportunities; however, we do not guarantee:
* Specific load availability.
* Revenue amounts or profits.
* Broker acceptance.
* Market rates or freight conditions.
Therefore, dissatisfaction arising solely from market conditions or load availability does not automatically qualify for a refund.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
* Your full name or company name.
* Date of payment.
* Payment reference or invoice number.
* Reason for the refund request.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact TATT Dispatch directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Changes to This Policy
TATT Dispatch reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
